The SDURK1060 is a high voltage, ultrafast switching rectifier available in the electrically isolated ITO-220AC package. The device has a high reverse voltage rating of 600V, an ultrafast reverse recovery time of 25ns, typical, and a very low reverse leakage/idle current of 300nA, typical, which enhances energy efficiency. The combination of high reverse voltage capability, ultrafast switching and low reverse energy loss make this device ideal for high frequency, energy sensitive applications such as Power Factor Correction (PFC).
