The STF20150C and STF20150CR are 20A, 150V Schottky rectifiers packaged in the fully isolated ITO-220AB. The devices have very low forward voltage drop, VF, and low reverse leakage current, IR, resulting in low total conduction losses and enhanced levels of efficiency. The STF20150C is a common cathode configuration and the STF20150R is a common anode configuration. The flexibility of common cathode or common anode configurations make these devices ideal rectifier solutions for high frequency, energy sensitive applications of varying polarity. The devices employ guard ring construction for enhanced levels of reliability and robust reverse energy capability.
