The ST2045C, STB2045C, STF2045C and STD2045C is a family of energy efficient, Schottky rectifiers available in industry standard TO-220AB, D2PAK, ITO-220AB and DPAK packages.  The devices have extremely low total conduction losses made possible by ultralow forward voltage and low reverse leakage current.  The combination of extremely low conduction losses and Schottky switching speeds make these devices ideal for high frequency, energy sensitive applications.
