The ST3045C, STB3045C andSTF3045C devices comprise a family of common cathode, high current Schottky rectifiers available in industry standard TO-220AB, D2PAK and ITO-220AB packages.  The very low forward voltage drop, VF, and low reverse leakage current, IR, results in low total conduction losses and enhanced levels of efficiency.  The common cathode configuration makes these devices ideal as output rectifiers in high frequency switching supplies and DC-DC converters. The devices employ guard ring construction for enhanced levels of reliability and robust reverse energy capability.
