The SULR1730is a highly efficient CMOS linear voltage regulator with very high output voltage accuracy, low supply / quiescent current, low drop out voltage and a very low noise figure.  The device can output 1.8 to 3.3 volts in increments of only 100mV.  The low ripple, temperature stable output and high efficiency of the SULR1730 make it the ideal voltage regulation solution for energy sensitive hand held and battery powered devices.

   Drop out voltage of 90mV at 50mA for optimized efficiency

   Continuous output current of 150mA (Vin=Vout+1)

   Output voltage tolerance of ±2% available for enhanced stability and precision

   Output voltage of 1.8 to 3.3 volts in 100mV increments for design flexibility

   Temperature / Drift Coefficient of 50ppm/°C for enhanced stability

   Short circuit and thermal Protection (TSD = 155°C)

   Low profile (1.2mm nominal) SOT23-5 package for space constrained applications
