The ST1045, STB1045, STF1045 and STD1045 is a family of energy efficient, Trench MOS Schottky rectifiers available in industry standard TO-220AC, D2PAK, ITO-220AC and DPAK packages.  The devices have extremely low total conduction losses made possible by ultralow forward voltage and low reverse leakage current.  The combination of extremely low conduction losses and Schottky switching speeds make these devices ideal for high frequency, energy sensitive applications.
