The STF30H150Cis a high voltage, common cathode,Trench MOS Schottky rectifier with an ultralow low forward voltage, low reverse leakage current and very fast reverse recovery times. The device is packaged in a fully isolated ITO-220AB package. The combination of extremely low total conduction losses and the common cathode configuration makes this device ideal for high frequency, energy sensitive applications such as output rectification in higher voltage SMPS (Switch-Mode Power Supplies) or DC / DC converters.
