The ST2045C, STB2045C, STF2045C and STD2045C is a family of energy efficient, common cathode, Trench MOS Schottky rectifiers available in industry standard TO-220AB, D2PAK, ITO-220AB and DPAK packages.  The devices have extremely low total conduction losses made possible by ultralow forward voltage and low reverse leakage current.  The high forward current rating and common cathode configuration make these devices ideal as output rectifiers in high frequency switching supplies and DC/DC converter applications.
