The STF4080C is a common cathode power Schottky device. The device offers very high power density (40A total) in combination with high reverse voltage (80V) capability. The combination of ultra low forward voltage, VF, and low reverse leakage current, IR, result in a Schottky device that is very energy efficient as result of very low total conduction losses.
