The ST1045S is a high current Schottky rectifier packaged in the low profile TO-277B outline. The ultra low forward voltage, VF, and low reverse leakage current, IR, result in very low total conduction losses and enhanced efficiency. The combination of energy efficiency, high temperature capability and low package profile makes the ST1045S the ideal rectifier solution for today’s energy sensitive, space constrained applications such as solar by-pass circuitry.
