The ST60100C, STB60100C and STF60100C devices comprise a family of common cathode, high voltage, high current Schottky rectifiers available in industry standard TO-220AB, D2PAK and ITO-220AB packages. The very low forward voltage drop, VF, and low reverse leakage current, IR, results in low total conduction losses and enhanced levels of efficiency. The devices employ guard ring construction for enhanced levels of reliability and robust reverse energy capability.
