The SMP3022-01ETG is an ultra low capacitance TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressor) device designed to provide bi-directional electrical over-stress (EoS) protection on high-speed data lines. The device has a low dynamic resistance that results in a very low clamping ratio (VC/VRWM) and precise protection from repeated high energy surges.
