The MBRD20H45CT is a common cathode pair of power Schottky rectifiers available in the DPAK package outline. The device has a robust continuous forward current rating of 20A (total package) and a high single cycle surge rating of 150A which is critical in reactively loaded circuits. The MBRD20H45CT has very low total conduction losses due to a very low forward voltage drop and low reverse leakage current. The common cathode configuration of the device provides design advantage when used in applications such as output rectification. The combination of high forward current rating, very low conduction losses, and low switching losses, makes this device ideal for high power, high frequency and energy sensitive applications.
