The SDUR60P60WT is a pair of high current, high voltage, ultrafast switching rectifiers in the common cathode configuration. The device has a robust continuous forward current rating of 60A (total package), a reverse voltage capability of 600V and very low reverse leakage current losses. The common cathode configuration facilitates rectification topologies and dual free-wheeling diode applications. The combination of high reverse voltage capability, high forward current rating and ultrafast switching makes this device ideal for high frequency, energy sensitive applications such as PFC or power inverters.
