The EGBU1001 thru EGBU1006 series of devices is a family of super fast full-wave bridge rectifiers packaged in the in-line GBU case. The EGBU series has a robust continuous forward current rating of 10A, a high single cycle surge (8.3ms) rating of 170A and high reverse voltage capability of 600V. The entire family (100V thru 600V) of bridges has a super fast reverse recovery time of 35ns maximum. The combination of high current density, high reverse voltage capability and super fast recovery time makes this series of devices ideal for both off-line rectification and higher frequency full-wave applications.
