The RDBF31(H) thru RDBF310(H) series of devices is a family of surface mount full-wave bridge rectifiers packaged in the very low profile, small footprint DBF case.  Despite the small package size, this family of bridges is capable of a continuous forward current rating of 3A.  Additionally, the devices have a robust peak forward surge current rating of 100A and a broad range of reverse voltage capability (100 thru 1kV).  The RDBF31 series is one of the world’s smallest 3A full-wave bridge solutions.  The combination of low package profile, small package footprint and high current density make this device the ideal input rectification solution for many of today’s space constrained power applications such as Solid State Lighting (SSL) or battery charging.
