The PFL1006, PFL1006F and PFL1006B is a family of high current, high voltage, superfast switching rectifiers available in industry standard TO-220AC, ITO-220AC and D2PAK packages. The combination of high reverse voltage capability, high forward current rating and superfast switching make these devices ideal for energy sensitive applications where high voltages are being switched at high frequencies.
