The SDUR6060WT is a dual common cathode configured high power, ultrafast switching rectifier available in the thermally efficient TO-247AD package. The device has a robust continuous forward current rating of 60A (total package), a reverse voltage capability of 600V and a very high single cycle surge rating of 300A per individual rectifier. The combination of high reverse voltage capability, high forward current rating and ultrafast switching make this device ideal for high frequency, energy sensitive applications such as Power Factor Correction (PFC), Electric Vehicle (EV) charging and alternative energy inverters.
