The 20SQ045-S is a high current Schottky rectifier packaged in the axial leaded R-6 outline. The device provides a very high continuous forward current rating of 20A and an extremely high forward surge capability of 350A. The 20SQ045-S minimizes total conduction losses as result of a very low forward voltage drop and low leakage / idle, current losses. The 25.4mm long (1.25mm diameter) copper leads provide assembly flexibility for challenging application configurations. The combination of high current capability, energy efficiency, Ultrafast Schottky switching performance and axial leaded package makes this device the ideal solution for high power, energy sensitive applications where mounting configurations may be a challenge.
