The SDURL1060CT is a common cathode pair or high voltage, ultrafast switching rectifiers available in the industry standard TO-220SF package. The device has a high reverse voltage rating of 600V and an ultrafast reverse recovery specification of 50ns maximum. The common cathode configuration provides ease of design for circuit applications such as output rectification. The combination of high reverse voltage capability, low forward voltage and ultrafast switching makes this device ideal for high frequency, energy sensitive applications such as Power Factor Correction (PFC).
