The SMBD001030 is an energy efficient Schottky rectifier available in the industry standard SOT-23 package.  The device has a low forward voltage of 0.45V (TA=125oC) and extremely low reverse current losses of 200nA maximum.  In addition, the device has a very low junction capacitance which is necessary for use in very high frequency applications. The combination of low forward voltage, extremely low reverse conduction loss and low junction capacitance makes this device ideal for low power, high frequency applications where switching loss and reverse bias energy losses are critical design considerations.
