The SD560B is a high current, high voltage rectifier available in the small form factor SMB (DO-214AA) package outline. Despite the small package outline, the device has a high forward current rating of 5A continuous and a reverse voltage rating of 600V. The SD560B has a robust forward surge rating of 200A which is important for reactively loaded circuits. The combination of small form factor, high current density and high reverse voltage makes this device ideal for space constrained applications that require a power rectifier.
