The SDUR60T60W is a high current, high voltage, ultrafast switching rectifier available in the thermally efficient TO-247AC package. The device has a robust continuous forward current rating of 60A, a reverse voltage capability of 600V and very low reverse recovery energy loss. The combination of high reverse voltage capability, high forward current rating and ultrafast switching make this device ideal for high frequency, energy sensitive applications such as PFC or power inverters.
